Terms of Service

These terms apply to Saju Garden’s website, charts, paid readings, and The Well. Saju Garden is based in Delaware, United States. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You can contact us at sajugarden@conbersa.ai.

Saju Garden calculates charts from birth information and uses artificial intelligence to write personalised interpretations. Saju is a traditional interpretive practice, not a scientifically established way to predict events. Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and do not guarantee relationships, income, health, or any future outcome.

Provide accurate information and keep access to your Google account secure. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or legal guardian make and authorise the purchase where permitted.

Check the chart, birth details, reading type, and any compatibility partner before purchasing. An incorrect birth time or place can change the result. Only submit another person’s details with permission or another valid basis. Do not impersonate someone or use their account without authorisation.

Free chart links contain recoverable birth information. Anyone who receives a link can open that chart. Deleting a saved chart entry does not revoke the link. Our Privacy Policy explains this and how account-linked information is handled.

Lumens are credits used within Saju Garden to purchase readings and paid Well conversations. Prices and the number of Lumens required are shown before purchase. Lumens do not expire, and buying them does not create a subscription.

Lumens are not a bank balance, investment, or transferable currency. They cannot be traded or redeemed for cash except where a refund is available or required by law. Payments are processed through Stripe. Applicable checkout prices, currency, and taxes are shown before you confirm payment.

A purchased reading is saved in your account’s Library so you can reread it without paying again. Another chart, a different compatibility pairing, or a new reading purchase is a separate item. Generation can take several minutes and may be delayed by a service interruption.

Each reading purchase includes one free question to The Well. This is one question, not an unlimited conversation, and it can be about a subject unrelated to the reading you purchased. Each eligible reading can supply its free question only once.

A paid new thread costs 1 Lumen and includes its opening answer and up to three follow-up answers. Continuing a completed conversation costs 1 Lumen for a new allowance while retaining the earlier context. The interface shows whether your next action uses a free question or costs Lumens.

A free question is consumed when an answer is successfully saved. A failed generation should not consume the free question or leave you charged for an undelivered answer. The Well may decline questions it cannot appropriately answer.

If a paid reading or Well answer fails to generate, the service restores the Lumens spent on that failed generation. Restoring Lumens is separate from a refund of a card payment.

You may request a full refund for an entirely unused Lumen package within 7 days of purchase by using Contact in the footer or emailing sajugarden@conbersa.ai. Include your account email and purchase receipt; we handle refund requests by email. The package must be intact: once any of its Lumens have been spent on successfully delivered readings or answers, the package and its remaining Lumens are not eligible for this voluntary refund policy. We spend your oldest Lumens first. Credits restored after a failed generation return to their original package. Refunded Lumens are removed from your balance. Longer refund periods or other remedies apply wherever required by law. Lumens that you keep never expire.

Starting digital delivery does not, by itself, waive a statutory cancellation right. Where the law requires express consent and acknowledgement before that right can be lost, those requirements must be met separately.

AI-generated text can contain mistakes, omit context, or interpret the same chart differently from another practitioner or service. Traditional terminology, methods, and interpretations can vary. A reading does not establish facts about someone’s private life or intentions.

Use your own judgement and appropriate professional support when making consequential decisions. Do not rely on a reading as a diagnosis, a guarantee of financial results, or proof of what another person will do.

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process it as needed to calculate charts, generate requested content, and store it for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may keep and use your purchased readings for personal purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Saju Garden’s branding, software, artwork, or site content. Do not resell access, copy the service, bypass payment or account controls, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity or harassment.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Any action affecting purchases remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

We work to keep charts, readings, and your Library available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free interpretations. Maintenance, provider outages, and technical faults may affect access.

Nothing in these terms limits responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without excluding mandatory protections available under the laws of your place of residence.

Changes to these terms will be dated on this page, with additional notice where required. Changes will not remove mandatory rights relating to earlier purchases.
