Saju Garden is based in Delaware, United States. In this notice, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Saju Garden. For privacy questions or requests about your personal information, email sajugarden@conbersa.ai.

When you create a chart, you provide a birth date, birth time if known, birthplace, and the gender selection used in the calculation. You may also add a name or nickname. Compatibility readings use details for both people. Only enter another person’s information if you have their permission or another valid basis to do so.

When you sign in with Google, our authentication provider handles your sign-in information. Account information can include your email, account identifier, and profile details supplied by your sign-in provider. We associate saved charts, purchased readings, Lumen transactions, and conversations with your account.

The Well receives the questions you type and the conversation history needed to answer them. These questions may contain sensitive information you choose to share. Avoid including passwords, payment details, identity documents, or private information that is unnecessary for your question.

We use birth details to calculate charts and prepare readings. We use account and transaction information to sign you in, deliver purchases, maintain your Lumen balance, keep your Library available, and determine whether you have a free Well question remaining.

We also process information as necessary to operate and secure the service, investigate errors or misuse, handle payment disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical service providers may process connection details such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error logs while delivering these functions.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, providing the service you request, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in keeping the service secure may apply. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant processing; this notice alone does not replace that consent.

A free chart link contains an encoded version of the birth details and optional name used to create it. This encoding is not encryption. Anyone with the link can open the chart and recover those details without signing in.

Share chart links thoughtfully. They can remain in browser history, messages, and service logs. Removing a chart from My Charts removes the saved entry; it does not revoke copies of its link or erase information embedded in that link. Purchased reading pages use account access separately from free chart links.

Supabase provides account authentication and database storage for account-linked charts, readings, conversations, and transaction records. Stripe processes payments. We receive payment references and payment status needed to fulfil purchases; we do not store your full payment card number or security code.

DeepSeek generates reading text and answers for The Well. To do this, it receives the relevant chart facts and may receive the chart name, your question, and conversation history. Compatibility generation uses both charts. Do not assume that text entered into The Well stays solely in your browser.

Hosting and infrastructure providers also process information needed to serve the website. Providers may process data outside your country. Their own privacy notices describe their services and processing. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims.

Saju Garden does not use the current website to sell personal information or serve behavioural advertising.

We use session cookies for authentication and browser storage for features such as saved guest charts and question drafts. Guest charts are saved in your browser; signed-in charts can be saved to your account. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved charts and drafts, and blocking session cookies can prevent sign-in.

The current site does not include an advertising or analytics tracker. Payment and sign-in providers may use their own cookies when you use their services. We will update this notice if our use of tracking changes.

Account-linked readings and conversations are stored so you can return to them. Locally saved information remains until it is removed through the relevant feature or your browser settings. Removing a saved chart does not automatically delete purchased readings, conversations, transaction records, or previously shared chart links.

We retain information for the purposes described here, including providing your Library and meeting applicable accounting, dispute, and security requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it should be deleted or de-identified. The time required can depend on the type of record and any applicable legal obligation; deletion from active systems may not immediately remove backup copies.

We use authentication and access controls to protect account information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or request deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

You can remove saved chart entries through My Charts and clear local data through your browser. To request access, correction, account deletion, or other assistance, email sajugarden@conbersa.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We will update this page when our data practices change and identify the revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new use of your information.
