How do I request a refund?
Use Contact in the footer and include your account email and purchase receipt. We’ll handle your request by email. Refunds are available within 7 days for fully unused packages; partially used packages are not eligible.
Do Lumens expire?
No. Not after a year, not ever. There is no renewal date and nothing to cancel.
Why Lumens instead of a subscription?
Because most people want one or two readings, not a monthly habit, and charging them monthly for that would be a worse deal dressed up as a better one.
What if a reading fails to generate?
The credit goes back. You are never charged for something you did not receive.
Can I read the same report twice?
As many times as you like, at no cost. Readings are written once and stored — reopening one is free, and it will say exactly what it said the first time.
